We believe that health is more that what you eat, it involves your thoughts and feelings toward food and exercise. Consistent movement is most likely to be achieved when we participate in physical activity that we like. It becomes less about feeling obligated to exercise and more about wanting to move our bodies because it brings us pleasure and satisfaction.
